individual therapy sessions
Sessions facilitated via expressive arts therapy to promote reflection, introspection, challenging and honouring personal narratives in the context of experiences, relationships and systems that impact.
To begin your therapy journey
  • A brief call after filling the form, scheduled to access if we can offer the support you're seeking
  • If we are a good-enough fit for each other (i.e. "vibe matches"), the therapy contract is signed and scheduling of sessions begins

  • If we are not a match, we will support you through accessing other spaces of support

group format sessions

These group offerings take the form of themed workshops, short-term programs, lecture-demonstrations, or reflective learning spaces — depending on what the group needs and seeks.
